Conditions:

1. A total of up to 50% of my commission will be paid to the qualified buyer within 15 business days after closing of the transaction.
2. The Buyer must enter an Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement (BRA) and purchase a property offering a minimum 2.25% commission of the purchase price to Right At Home Realty by the seller or seller’s agent or brokerage.
3. Buyer must sign a declaration confirming they are not under contract with any other Brokerage before signing a Buyer Representation Agreement (BRA) with Right At Home Realty.
4. The buyer warrants and declares that they were not introduced to the property of interest by another Brokerage (Or real estate agent) prior to making an offer.
5. If it is discovered that the Buyer was under contract with another Brokerage during the currency of the contract with Right At Home Realty, the Buyer agrees to refund the cash back rebate within 3 business days to Kazi Hossain.
6. The commission rebate percentage (%) is determined as follows on the table below:

   Scenario Explaination:

   Scenario 1:

   If a buyer signs the Buyer Representation Agreement (BRA) today, and buys a property within 30 days from today, visits 10 or less properties in total and number of appointment days not exceeding three (3) days in total, then the buyer(s) will receive a total of 50% of my commission as a cashback.

   Scenario 2:

   If a buyer signs the Buyer Representation Agreement (BRA) today, and buys a property within 60 days from today, visits 15 or less properties in total and number of appointment days not exceeding four (4) days in total, then the buyer(s) will receive a total of 30% of my commission as a cashback.

   Scenario 3:

   If a buyer signs the Buyer Representation Agreement (BRA) today, and buys a property within 90 days from today, visits 20 or less properties in total and number of appointment days not exceeding five (5) days in total, then the buyer(s) will receive a total of 20% of my commission as a cashback.

   **There will be no cashback rebate given to the buyer(s) after scenario 3.

7. The Rebate is calculated on property purchase price NET of HST (if applicable) times (x) commission percentage (%) offered by seller or builder times (x) commission rebate percentage (%).
8. The Rebate is only paid to the name(s) registered on the agreement of purchase and sale.
9. The rebate will be paid by only one bank draft and will be paid to the order of: only one name which is registered on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, regardless of the number of names registered there.
10. Rebates are not offered on pre-construction VIP condo sales or properties personally listed for sale by Kazi Hossain, or on properties where a referral fee is being paid to another brokerage.
11. Rebates are not valid with any other offers or promotions.
12. Rebates are not available from all registrants of Right At Home Realty. The commission rebate is guaranteed and paid personally by Kazi Hossain, not Right At Home Realty.
13. The rebate is to be paid to the buyer within 15 business days of closing.
